Autumn programme at Yeovil Art Space
First of all a huge thank you to everyone who has taken part in the creative community festival ‘Front Yard Fest’. Colour and imagination across the town has put smiles on all our faces. It is a constant source of wonder how when a creative idea is presented to us that our individual responses and ideas can take off in the most magnificent way. You can still join the Facebook group and catch up on some of the brilliant front yards where people posted their pictures from the last few weeks. And if you go to our Facebook page Yeovil Art Space | Facebook you can see a video from BBC Radio Somerset about our event.
We want to say thank you to the Quedam Shopping centre for letting us take over with the Big Bunting project and to everyone who took part in the workshops throughout the festival to make it so fantastic. Also a special thanks to coordinator Kara Bignell-Bird for all her hard work, ideas and energy and the talented artists who have been running our events throughout. Front Yard Fest was presented by Yeovil Art Space and funded by Somerset Community Foundation
