Nurture your creativity for every day wellbeing
Our Wellbeing Art Club is a place for you to carve out a little time in your week for creativity. Each session provides a safe space to explore creative skills and subjects and ‘nurture your creativity for everyday wellbeing’.
We share tips and techniques and explore different materials and themes, sometimes taking a look at artists that inspire us. No previous artistic experience needed. All sessions are also accompanied by coffee/tea and biscuits, vital ingredients for creativity!
- 10am – 12noon, every other Friday
- 10 spaces available.
- Suggested Donation £7 per session, Pay What You Can.***
- Location Ground Floor, Yeovil Art Space (during closed hours)
- Materials and Refreshments provided
The group is led by artists Jess Egan and Mimi Gafney, both with wellbeing at the heart of their practice and a love of creativity and sharing that with others.
“We believe creativity is very powerful, it can help to calm our minds, provide new perspectives and give ways to connect with others. It doesn’t have to be about the outcome but the process of making and how it makes us feel.”

***PAYMENTS
The sessions are on a ‘Pay What You Can’ basis with a suggested donation of £7 per session. If you are able to pay more to support the project and our charity’s activities that would be very much appreciated. Our Wellbeing Art Club is a really special space and we want to see it continue!
Payments can be taken before or after the session, we ask that participants pay for the following session in advance to secure their place.
