Calling all Crafters!

We are very happy to announce a new series of workshop sessions here in the Yeovil Art Space Gallery the ‘Casual Crafternoon’!

• Fortnightly Wednesdays
• 1-3pm
• Ground Floor of the YAS Main Gallery
• 10 Spaces available, booking required, please click the link below.

Participants are invited to come together and try their hand at a crafty and creative medium; crochet, knitting and more.  No previous knowledge is required, we aim to nurture the element of trying something new.

Our workshops are intended to be used as a safe space for you to meet others. We want to build a sense of community and confidence. In doing so, we aim to keep a positive and calm attitude when tackling new challenges – and do it with a sense of togetherness.

By the end of the sessions, we hope to:

• Share a new sense of community
• Develop a skill in a new craft
• Encourage you to continue arts/crafts in your own time
• Encourage you to reach out for help when you need it
• Increase knowledge in crafts

These workshop sessions are FREE thanks to the Help Through the Winter Fund from Somerset Community Foundation. Donations are welcome to support the charity’s activities.
